What data I process

Enquiries and bookings. When you contact me through the form or by email, I process your name, email address, where given your phone number, and your date, time and place of birth. This data is required to prepare and carry out the consultation. The legal basis is performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Newsletter. For sending the newsletter I process your email address on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. [add mailing service once chosen]

Server log files. When you visit the website, technical data such as IP address, date, time and page requested are recorded. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention

I store your data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. On request I delete your consultation records entirely afterwards.

Processing on my behalf

For the technical operation of the website and the email accounts I use a service provider with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. [add hosting provider]
